Russians don’t normally celebrate Christmas, so Andrew gave Tatiana and her family a taste of an NZ Christmas. We started in the morning with opening the Christmas presents. Then went to Cornwall Park (a local park) where we had lunch and played games in the sunshine. When we got back to Natasha’s (Tatiana’s daughter) Andrew cooked a ham, made eggnog and brandy snaps. He showed us how to pull Christmas crackers. It was a fun day.
